well, it can get worse… WOW on this. so I ordered the cheese enchiladas. i was hungry so i ordered the two plate, no sides, NO LETTUCE, etc. Just the enchiladas. They came with unmelted cheese on the top, just tossed on that powder coated cheddar they get because they don’t grate it themselves.. then as everywhere else in medford, they cannot cook. they heated the tortilla and the sauce some, rolled up some the crappy cold cheese, sauced the top, cold cheese on top on a cold plate.

not cooked. like enchilada sushi i guess. wtf.

i took it back to the counter and said, please cook it. cheese needs to be melted, it tastes awful until melted and it is supposed melted. the COOKING FOOD part.

i was informed that they could not take it back in the kitchen and melt it because of health reasons so i would have to just live with it the way it is. i think the fuck not. the counter person took awhile and came back and said they could make new ones or a refund. refund. make me them and refund. or something for my trouble.

i do not recommend bad business even if they food, if cooked, at some point, may be edible.
